Amakhosi Safari Lodge is nestled at the banks of KwaZulu Natal’s Mkuze River. The luxury lodge is surrounded by a private game reserve and offers spa facilities and an outdoor pool.

With modern African decor and a private deck with river views, the suites feature high ceiling windows and indulgent bathrooms. They are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. There is also a private holiday home with plunge pool situated up the river.

Guests can go on early morning and late afternoon safaris with experienced guides. Walking safaris, as well as birding tours, can also be arranged and from November until the end of February, the lodge organizes nightly frogging safaris.
